All bedrooms are hotel quality with their own streaming LED 42 inch TV, 2 hanging wardrobes and a work or dressing table with Ethernet connection and automatically closing/opening curtains. Next to each bed a usb port to charge your cell phone. Also, each bedroom has an air conditioner that uses home automation to control the perfect temperature, Co2 and humidity. The shared bathroom upstairs has a toilet, bathtub and a double sink with hairdryer and heated mirror. One bedroom has a spacious balcony with a direct view over the forest and sand dunes.

Main floor
On the main floor there is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, 90cm halogen hob, dishwasher, a wine cooler a Quooker and a cozy bar. The living room has a 55-inch LED TV, loxone center for private music streaming and an LED fireplace. The terrace has a lounge area, outdoor table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen with black bastard BBQ, loxone music center, 2 Infra red heaters and cozy outdoor lighting. On the side of the house is the sauna barrel, jacuzzi and coldwater bucket.
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the home with your own electric charging station for your electric car and bikes. There is a storage room with vacuum cleaner and mop.
On main floor you have 1 bedroom with queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom on first floor has a hairdryer, sunshower, toilet and washbasin with heated mirror.

Upstairs
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with balcony and great views of the forest and the Soester sand dunes.
Also on the floor you will find a bathroom with shower in bathtub, toilet and double sink with heated mirror.
There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

This house can only be rented recreationally for up to 3 weeks. Energy, linen and towels are included.
